I had a potential client that contacted me about a personal injury case. The potential damages that could be pursued in the case were at question and I would have to use my own resources to pursue the claim in Court. Both the Father and Son had the same name and that the Son had in fact identified himself with his Father’s Identification to the potential plaintiff. The Father had the Financial resources to garner me filing a suit while the Son was insolvent. HLI confirmed it was the Son who had in fact hit potential plaintiff. HLI gave me the answers I needed in in a timely manner in order to make a sound business decision.
